Perennials
Perennials are staples of the gardeners tool box; they produce colour and interest in the garden as well as providing pollen, nectar, seeds and nesting material for birds and butterflies. Their biggest advantage is that they come back year after year.

Veronica, Royal Candles
This is a terrific compact selection, it forms a low bushy mound
of dark green leaves, bearing short spikes of bright blue flowers
in early summer for several weeks. Versatile in the garden, at
home as an edging plant, in the rock garden or in tubs and containers. Excellent for cutting.
Swamp Milkweed - Ice Ballet
Beautiful clusters of small white flowers that smell like vanilla. Ice ballet is a choice nectar plant for numerous butterfly species, especially the Monarch which depends on ascelpias for their total food supply
Also attracts hummingbirds and hummingbird clearwing moths to the garden for nectar
