Grasses
Grasses provide a great vertical accent to the garden and the dried foliage adds winter interest. They are excellent for specimen planting as well as for mass planting. Taller varieties make excellent informal privacy screens.

Blue Eyed Grass - Lucerne
A clump forming grass with fans of narrow sword-shaped green leaves. Bright purple blue star shaped flowers with a yellow throat close up at night
Feather Reed Grass - Lightning Strike
Compact grower with wide creamy white center stripes that are edged in green. Sterile flower plumes emerge greenish white, changing to pink and purple, then maturing a golden-tan.

Zebra Grass, Dwarf - Little Zebra
Tidy compact mound of green foliage with prominent horizontal yellow banding that holds well through the summer. The attractive plumes emerge wine-purple and rise above the foliage, then change to a creamy tan colour in winter.
Feather Reed Grass - Avalanche
Variegated grass with crisp central white stripe and a narrow habit which holds form and colour well. White flower heads turn to pink and are followed by tan seed heads. Fast growing and very hardy.

Switch Grass - Heavy Metal
Stiff metallic blue blades are finely textured and airy with a very erect growth habit. Foliage turns bright yellow in autumn. Misty plumes.
Feather Reed Grass - Eldorado
A rare gold variegated form of feather reed grass with narrow green leaves which sport a bright gold centre. Tan wheat like seed heads last all season.

Zebra Grass
Upright growers leaves are mottled with horizontal yellow bands. Pale yellow plumes turn to beige in the fall.
